Dear Truefire
If you need a training partner who is a Christian, use the message board at the church you are going to.
If you want to quit masturbation, the only way is to make small changes. If you are doing it every day, then do it every other day, and then do it once a week, hope you can do it once a month at the end. It's normal to do it once in a blue moon.
For the work-out part, please read this guide for beginner, if you have problem, just ask again, because I am your fan I will know at once.

If you want to stop masturbating I suggest you go to a very cold climate (mountain regions, Canada, etc...) that would literally keep it down. You should avoid watching movies and television heavy on sex or sexy images. But be reminded that you will get wet dreams if you do not masturbate enough. Excess sperm will and will come out whether you like it or not.
For the mean time, I suggest you start on a simple diet. Avoid too much fats, soda and sweets. Eat healthier food but do not starve yourself to death. Slowly lessen your food intake and replace it will a healthier alternative (fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fish, milk). Drink a lot of water. Eat like a king during breakfast, a commoner in lunch and a pauper during dinner. Eating a lot at night is a sin. Your body is not doing anything so it stores your food as fat.
As for exercise, what you should do first is to sweat and move a lot. You can clean your room everyday or the entire house if you can or rearrange things. Keep moving as this burns calories which you have in excess. Then try jogging or brisk walking. This is the best exercise for the heart and basically the entire body. Get into a sport which you love. Take swimming or basketball. Before you know it, you are already loosing weight. Warning! Do not over do your exercises or what you are doing. You might collapse and get a heart attack instead. When you sweat or do something, drink water to keep yourself hydrated. Most of all, consult with your doctor regarding your planned weight loss.
Since I am definetly not within your neighborhood ( I am from the Philippines) you should look around your town for the nearest gym that separates men from women.

First, you are a tall person so be happy about that. You don't have to lose a huge amount of weight to be fit for your size.
You should initially go to your doctor and get a complete physical, just to make sure you have no underlying health issues going on. Then ask him about a safe diet to get on as well as an exercise program.
Cut sugary soda pop completely out of your diet. Drink water, coffee, tea but only drink fruit juice at breakfast -- fruit juice is high in calories.
Keep lots of fresh fruit and vegetable sticks around the house or in the fridge.
Cut down on the portion size of your meals.
Keep a chart of your weight changes.
Tell you family and friends you are on a diet. Ask them to pray for you. Ask them not to temp you with foods (or portion sizes) you cannot have. If you go to a little lunch after church, only drink coffee or some other beverage -- do not in any way shape or form eat a roll, doughnut, piece of cake, etc. If you are ever involved in a church breakfast event, ask that fruits and other healthier foods be on the menu for those who are health conscious or on a diet.
Start a walking program. You might ask a friend or a group of friends to walk with you.
I would say concentrate on the diet program first. It is natural for a young man to masterbate despite what religous leaders say. (Masterbation is a way that males use to learn to control their ejaculations. ) I often wonder if these religious leaders have nothing better to talk about. The need to masterbate usually fades as one goes into adulthood and begins to seriously consider marriage.
I am sure you can get some other tips from other posters, as far as exercise goes. Good luck to you.
P.S. I read over another of your questions. You are still a teenager. Once again, masterbation is normal, especially for someone your age. It might be though that you feel that you are over-doing it -- that may be related to the weight issue. You may be using over-masterbation as a stress reducer because of your concern or embarrassment over the added weight on your frame. Once you begin your diet and exercise program, the need to over-masterbate may decrease. Just a thought. Once again, good luck.

Now you know that the Lord doesn't want us to be vain, or put anything before HIM...and you know that it is better to wed, than to BURN WITH DESIRE AND DO WHAT YOU ARE DOING>>>>so,...you need to pray for our Father in Heaven, through Jesus, to give you the strength you need to stop doing this, as it is unacceptable in the Lord's eyes, as you know. There is nothing wrong with working out, don't get me wrong..and maybe YOU can witness for the Lord, instead of looking for Christians to work out with...You have a conscience, and that is good..but work on the things that pleases God and Jesus first, then the others will be added to you...God Bless, and you stop the other thing NOW lol.....and for those who don't think masturbation is a sin, perhaps if you read this, you might see you're wrong....http://christianteens.about.com/od/whatthebiblesaysabout/f/masturbation.htm

There is nothing wrong with masturbation! There are no ill effects. It is not against the law. It is not immoral. It is a perfectly normal healthy thing done by 98% of men (the other two percent are liars.) I masturbate once or twice a day. Usually it consists of manual stimulation of my penis. Fingers around the guy and a regular back and forth (if standing) or up and down motion (if lying down). I don't normally require any visual assistance but certainly visuals will generate the desire to masturbate.
You can be assured that:
- you won't develop pimples, acne or zits;
- your penis will not get shorter;
- you will not be less intelligent;
- you will not grow hair on your palms;
- you will not lose hair or go bald;
- you will not go to hell (at least because of masturbating);
- you will not lose your mind;
- you will not become sterile;
- your penis will not fall off;
- your testicles will not decrease in size;
- your chance of being struck by lightning is not increase.
But you will be:
- your penis will likely become stronger;
- more relaxed;
- smiling most of the time;
- a perfectly normal man;
- and you will still produce enough eggs in your sperm.
So keep IT up and continue to enjoy. !

Dude, I read that. There is no punctuation.. it's like a Billy Graham rally! If you train without punctuation.. you will be a lean muscle fitness maniac in no time.
Join a gym. You will find a lot of men there are not bad people. Get a personal trainer if you can to help you with a routine just for you... even if you only get advice a couple of times a fortnight.
Good luck.. you should start to measure % body fat (rather than weight) cause once you get into cardio and weight training.. you are really going to notice sme changes with that amount of energy stored away there for burining up for muscle development.
Cheers to you too.

You do know that the bible says nothing about masturbation being a sin. Not at all. You can look and look and there is nothing there. It does say things like, having sex with a women on their period is unclean, insest is unclean all the things that are listed in Deuteronomy I think it is the 23rd chapter. Maybe 22nd.
