In the Tools bar go into Internet Options and next to where it says "Delete" it should say "Settings". What you need is here.

The option to select what to delete isn't available under Delete Browsing History..

I'm assuming you have IE7. In any case, bring up your history. You do this by clicking Ctrl + Shift + H. Now, it will show you a panel to the left with your history. Right click on the items you want to delete and select delete.
If you dont have IE7, visit windowsupdate.com, and click on update. If you don't have genuine windows, you're stuck with IE6, which I'm sure allows you to clear out history similarly

you can see folders for each site.right click on the folder and say delete. If you press history button you can see these folders
