Acetaminophen is Tylenol. It has the same thing in it, so the person who answered needs to read the box because they are stupid. I have not asked about the Tylenol PM, but my guess would be no. Talk to your doctor though....they will tell you. If you are having issues sleeping, try relaxing music, hot tea, a hot bath or maybe reading. Taking the least amount of drugs is healthier for you and baby.

definitely should speak to your doctor , i was told it was ok to take, i`m 27 weeks pregnant. My doctor also said to help me sleep i could take benadryl, if you read the back ingredients in benadryl and other over counter sleep-aid you will find its the same ingredients. weird huh? I went to wal-mart and was looking at some sleep -aid medication and notice it was the same ingredients that's in benadryl. it crazy how they make money off of the the same prescription just by changing the name of the package. But definitely ask your doctor the will know whats best for you.

yes you can! i actually i asked my dr the same question he looked over it very throughly and even researched among himself and other collegues. however if you want something to help you sleep you may want to ask about a sleep aid. tylenole on a daily basis isnt good for anyone, pregnant or not. so yes taking tyelonle pm is fine. by the way i took it my entire pregnancy and my baby was fine, he now 11months.

I wouldn't take take it because it is extra strength and because it is PM. When I was pregnant my doctor told me it was ok for me to take regular strength Tylenol. So just talk to your doctor first.
