return it to them. i'm no longer an @-hollow. If i did no longer see them drop, whether it had identity, i might supply it to the police. If it had no identity, then which would be o.k. to maintain it, till there become an strangely super sum of money.

Call information to see if you can get their phone number.
Look in the phone book.
Drive to their house and give it to them, I'm sure that they'd be more than happy to get it.
If all else fails, put in in an envelope and send it to them.

im sure the per son lives in the city...look them up in your phonebook and let them know you found...ask them questions about what is on the card just to be sure that it is theirs..i.e. address birthdate etc.

you could put it a mail box and the letter carrier can take it back to his station and they could send it to that person.
