How can I fix my rollerblades?

I have a pair of Ultra Wheels, in almost new condition. But the brake arm snapped. Thus the brakes don't work anymore. How do I fix it? Withough having to buy another new set of blades?

Breaks are optional on roller blades. Don't usually use them myself.

If you need to replace a part I would either go to a local skate shop if there is one near you or find one online and purchase the parts you need.
