hey, im 19 and i have an addiction to internet porn. and i really want to quit. iv tried music, and stuff but i still end up goin back to it. i need an effective way to get rid of this addiction. plz hlp.

The only thing that has ever helped me to change any destructive behaviors that I have is to give it up to God and let him handle it, but if you don't have a relationship with God then I don't know how much my advice will help you. God can heal and forgive all our sins. I'm praying for you.

have you tried free online games? How about regular porn from the book store or a real book? Maybe you can put your computer somewhere a bit more public, like the living room.

do u have interest in only porn ? or something else ?
i am sure u will have an other interest tooo. consentrate on it and also dont stay online when ur alone which leeds u to goto internet porn again.
