to find frequency you need to count each full wave that goes up and down

wavelength can be related to energy using Planck's contant

E=hc/l

h= planck's constant
c= speed of light
l = wavelength.

if you're looking for the velocity of a particle with that wavelength you can relate the energy you find from E=hc/l to the kinetic energy of the particle

K.E.= (1/2)m*v^2

Wave velocity = 31.4 m/s

Particle velocity = 1/5 m/s

Energy rank is obtained from the eigenfunction.
