I have an IQ of 139 and voted for him twice. Just because you are not intelligent enough to understand the issues, it does not mean the rest of are.

He was elected because he won a majority of the electoral vote. His IQ is at least as high as Al Gore or John Kerry. The Constitution doesn't specify any particular IQ to be president.

A higher IQ is not needed to become a President as long as he knows how to read and write according to the Constitution.

I badly needed McCain to be President fairly of Bush, like many different persons. Watch the commencing up of Fahrenheit 911 to verify how Bush stabbed McCain in the lower back to win. Shameful.

I'm gonna put this forward; President George Bush isn't a moron, he attended both Harvard and Yale...
But he is a bit of a militaristic, bureaucratic, daddy's boy dummy with the dumbest set of teeth I've ever seen on a president.
There's no intelligence thing, nor is there a personality test (Lucky for us, and Lincoln too!), and there's no guidelines other than:
Be a US citizen
Be over 35+
Be a... I shouldn't say.

He was elected by default! Only way he got in last time was because Jeb Bush manipulated the Florida votes to get his doofus relation back.
If there was an "IQ thing" involved in the process, then the voters would have elected somebody with a brain and "W" wouldn't have made it to first base!

George Bush had much higher grades in college than John Kerry. The liberal press just hates him and wants to show you only what they want you to see.

Well, he lost the popular vote, but America has a system called the electoral college, and Bush managed to gain the most votes through that. Also, in Bush v. Gore, the Supreme Court ruled that his presidency was constitutional.

The people voting for him in the states he won had an overall lower IQ than he did, he got his brother to dump as many Democrat ballots as possible, rigged machines in Southern Florida and refused to allow some, many blacks to vote. Threw many ballots away of those they thought were criminals. Turns out most were not!
Then there is the obvious. The Republican US Supreme court stuck their noses in a place it did not belong!
Bush won by 1 electoral vote!
