I believe this kind of information is used and meant for in-house purposes of any organisation and there are least chances of them having listed for viewing of one and all at any website. At the most, you may visit any local LHO of SBI for information on such rest houses.

I don't think there is any website to collate this information.

Best thing will be to try getting in contact with some SBI officer. They must be having some information book with them.
