Here's your chance to swich companies. Have your cousin call and say you died. Or call in yourself and say you moved to the middle of the mountains where there is no service. This will get you out of your contract early and you can get a posh new phone from another provider.

U can have someone call it and u should hear it if its not on silent. That works for me everytime.
