Karl Rove is so much smarter than ANY Liberal strategist and Ann Coulter keeps track of the stupid stuff they say and then writes it in her best selling books, making them look like idiots.

I am a little surprised at the difference in opinion between Rove and Coulter. While most Liberals just hate and despise Coulter blindly, at least some have grudging respect for Rove.
The people that give Rove credit, but none for Ann, could you explain away the attraction of multiple best selling books?

The Demobotic Congress.

Some Congressmen, like Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid in the "gingerbread" House, resemble the story of Hanzel & Gretel, and are luring (with false promises) the uniformed liberals and will eat them up in the end.

Rove is a scary individual. He is dishonest to the extreme (Uranium from Niger) , knows no limit to how low he will stoop (McCain and the illegitimate baby push polling) and is quite smart (although sending homeless people to opponents speaches with promises of free beer and sex is pretty childish). So yeah - I find it terrifying that someone like him can hold any position of responsibility.
Ann is just sad. She has been dumped by every respectable paper in the country (ie those not written in crayon). Her books are lapped up by other loser right wingers so angry with the world and looking for someone to blame, but then quickly make thier way to the discount rack. She still has an unnatural obsession with the sex lives of Clinton and Kennedy (and now it would appear Edwards) so obviously has not been laid in a long long time. We don't fear her - we pity her!
So yep - that is a no brainer - we fear Rove more. But since he will fade off in the distance and be tainted with all the failures of the Bush administration we won't have to deal with him much longer.

I agree. Ann Coulter actually drives independents to the Democrats side, kind of like how Michael Moore drove independents to the Republicans. Karl Rove is a brilliant political strategist, and I actually feared him more then anyone up until last November. I didn't say he is ethical or that I agree with him, but he is definitly good at what he does.

Karl Rove. Rove has power.

Coulter is too right (neo) to change any opinions so she does little good. She's one of the best singers in the Republican Choir though. But only Republicans go to her concerts, so she has little effect on anything.

The power is in moderates, who can swing undecided Independents. Independents and swing-moderates actually control this country right now. The 40% who are Republican voters, and the 40% who are Democrat voters don't move regardless of what they hear.

Someone who can move that 20% of swing voters has all the power now. And Coulter can't move a moderate anything, as much as I (grudgingly and half-hearted) like a lot of what she says.

Neither have a clue about anything more than the world around them, so give it a rest.

Could you at least use a better person than Ann Coulter. She was humiliated so much in a debate with Al Franken that she was reduced to tears, and she was ripped apart on a CBC special.

Karl Rove--he is an effective political strategist who has actually accomplished much.

Coulter, on the other hand, is just a foul-mouthed and grossly ignorant harpy with what looks like a pathological need for the spotlight.

Karl Rove, but I don't know how smart he is. He just got nailed, didn't he?

Definitely Karl Rove. He has been a behind the scenes mover and shaker in Washington for years. He is a dangerous man politically.
Coulter is just Rush in drag, a real joke.

Well, Karl is just your average kid-who-got-daily-swirlies-in -the-locker- room-toilet kind of guy, and Coulter is a Soul Reaver.
So... the ghoul is more frightening.

The irony of your post is that any strategizing by Rove won't cover up the idiocy of the Bush administrations policies and the disdain of him and his policies by the American people. Ann Coulter couldn't have an original political thought despite her trying. The only reason why she and Rove look intelligent to people like you who still follow them is because you never received an education where you can actually detect philosophical fallacies when you read or hear them. Try again, you might do better next time.

I don't "fear" either, but I think that Rove is evil. Coulter is just a big-mouthed jerk!
