I've got a acrylic tank has some damage on its one side, is there any way can repolish it?

I can add to MM's answer, because I have tried these kits. What they are is a series of graded abrasives (like sandpaper) that you use to sand down the surface to the inner depth of the scratch. When you use them you have to increase the area outward from the scratch with every decrease in the abrasive size till you get to the finest grade, then you use a polish (which requires a dry surface if this is on the insdie of the tank). These abrasives also leave visible scratches unless you're using an electric powered sander. Also, by wearing down the surface around the scratch (or whatever you're trying to get rid of) you end up with a slight depression which distorts the view. IMO, if the damage isn't too bad, you may be better off living with it than trying to fix it.
