omg I have this same problem! I've been wearing two bras bc I'm self-conscious about my small chest (I know it's weird) but it hurts to hug people like badly and I can't lie down either, I don't know what this pain is from am I growing? I always thought it was from the bras.. anyways, I don't know if there's anything we can do about this haha Good Luck!
Peace and Love.

Wear a soft cup bra, t-shirt bra, firm singlet top, or a crop top. Don't use underwires at this stage. The support and the cover will help stop things rubbing on your developing breasts and tender skin. Some times something cool (not ice cold) held on them will give some relief. For others a heat pad might help.
This stage will pass, but do what you need to be comfortable now.

I am assuming you are still a teenager so the only safe over the counter recommendation is to try Motrin or Advil. They will help aleviate the soreness. Try some warm compresses too or a warm shower. We have all been there so hang in there. Its worth it!!!

your chest hurts as in your breasts hurt- which is normal growing stuff
or you chest hurts as in i can't breathe too well and the pain is inside my chest
if it's the second one get to the ER. If it's the first one wear a snug supportive bra and try some over the counter painkillers (like Tylenol, Motrin, aleve). I really liked sports bras when they were hurting from growing.

Sounds like your developing buds... I had that issue around 11 years old... It hurt to jump in the swimming pool... Try heating compresses, and sleep on your back or side rather than stomach.

Try sitting in a warm bath with epson salt that may help some. Also heating pads help.

Take a warm bath, or use a heating pad - and take some tylenol. It'll pass, eventually.
