In the past week or so, I've been getting really painful side stitches whenever I run. It seems odd because I've been running for a long time and I haven't changed a thing about my work-out in months. I try to run through the pain, but usually it just gets too painful and I have to stop. What gives?

It depends on what your distance and speed are. You may have a chemical imbalance (sodium, elektrolytes) that's causing the pain. Do you run alot? Endurance? Speed? Do you dirnk enough water? Do you drink Gatorade or anything like that? Just try some of those things, if you do those things and you are still having a problem you may want to consult a doctor.

Good luck, hope you feel better!
