The population of France is about 62,000,000 people. If 86% of the voting Population voted (which is amazing by any standards, and should be admired), and 47% percent voted left-wing, than about 17,000,000 people voted left-wing. If 3000 hooligans that voted are now up in arms, about 1 in 5,500 left-wingers are causing trouble.
So you think because 0.0002% of the left voting population is becoming aggressive, all the country hates America?
Grow up and be glad that the French choose a man that agrees with your political leaning.
I think Sarkozy is a "pig", but my vote didn't matter in the end so I am ready to go in the new direction. The French people have spoken. And after all we are united; this is more than I can say for America. Seem to me America is about to rip in half.

It's only the brainwashed commie zombies that dwell among the decent hard working French that are angry, and like any commie they hate because of their lack of intelligence of which is hindered by illegal and legal narcotics, and they can't stand the real world so they create a fictitious world of their own where as everything is fair, everybody loves each other, everybody wins, and all human emotions are controlled by drugs and propaganda... Because at this point, they work at the most 35 hours a week. Also, they are a Socialist nation... They are afraid they may now have to be accountable citizens who will have to work for a living!

I don't know that they are so angry, after all more than 1/2 voted for him. I think it is American Dems who are angry at the French.
