I am 15 years old, and I was just wondering if an IQ score of 126 is good? How do I compare with other teens?

Congratulations! You and others like you who have IQ' s between the scores of 120-129 have Superior intelligence!
Only 6.7% of the population join you, so you have something to be proud of. The key is now, friend, how will you use your intelligence? Having it is one thing, but putting it into practice is another...a mind is a terrible thing to waste. Don't take this gift for granted! I recommend doing all assignments inside and outside of class, keep your grades UP, along with taking advantage of one or two extra-curricular activities per year. This will increase your chances of college success and success in your career as a __________________(you fill in the blank). Your future is open wide!

Not to worry if you're over 75? As long as you don't mind being a 45 year-old grocery bagger, or you are banking on a diminished mental capacity ruling sometime in the future. 126 is above average.

The only true number that you should care about is if it's over 75. If it's under 75 then you are labeled as mentally retarted. On the scale you would have above average intellegence, but that doesn't mean you wouldn't loose in the game show "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?"
