?What do you mean by spiritually? Are you asking if the mythology is similar, or genealogy?. Spiritually, does not really relate to eagles and falcons. It's really a human concept.

The Eagle - the eagle became honored, as a mark of respect for the one it was foretold would venture to the world of the Creator and return with the truth.
The peregrine falcon was considered more like a hawk.

Myth is one thing and fact is another. All living things are related to some degree. Every insect, fish, elephant, skunk, tree, grass, bacteria and anything else you can think of. We all are related some place in history.

I think the eagle and phoenix are more related, and the falcon and hawk are more related...that's just my opinion

The spirit of "all" lifeforms is "related..."
Nobody I know wouldn't love to be able to flap their arms and soar above rush hour traffic...
So the "mythology" of "birds-of-flight" is powerful within us all...
