Your best bet is to stop buying from the giants in the game.. ((Exxon and Mobil)) if enough people start buying exclusively threw smaller outfits ((Hess, BP, Shell, Sunoco ect)). –although I don’t trust any smaller names then that haha- Exxon and Mobil will be forced to lower prices in order to get rid of all the excess stock there sitting on.. Then everybody eltse will follow..

Gas prices are out of control!! Especially when Oil hasn’t once stopped flowing out of the ground in the past 100 years

To be realistic, there is not much you can do about the gouging. You could write a complaint to your States Attorney General, but I doubt it would do anything.

It is all a supply and demand issue. If more people rode the bus or used public transportation then prices would drop. Also, when people start buying smaller cars with less HP and getting more MPG. Although I think aobut Europe and most of them drive small cars and they pay a lot more than we do, so maybe the small car isn't the answer.

The E-85 doesn't do it for me either. It takes as much energy to make the stuff as it gives off. The BTU level is not as high as gas, so your mileage will suffer. You will not get as many miles out of a tank of fuel and I doubt it the difference in fuel prices will make up the difference. Plus you will have to stop more often and that will take up more of your time.

Wish I had the answer on that one. Hopefully, the hydrogen fuel cell will do some good.
