Just use the combined gas law

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

In this problem, you have P1, V1, T1, P2, and T2. Rearrange the equation to solve for V2 and go for it.

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2
=> 470 (4) / 343 = 963 V2 / 395 where we convert temperatures to K
=> V2 = (470×4×395) / (343×963)
= 2.25 L.

Combined gas law. A step by step process: -

The mass/weight is not required.
P1V1T2 = P2V2T1

P1 = 470mmHg...V1 = 4L...T2 = 395K
P2 = 973mmHg...V2 = ?.....T1 = 343K

V2 = (470 x 4 x 395) ÷ (973 x 343)
V2 = 742,600 ÷ 333,739
V2 = 2.23 L

Use the combinmed gas law. The grams of gas does not play a role in the problem. It is extra info to confuse you

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

Remember to change the temperature to Kelvin, otherwise wrong.

use this equation p1/v1=p2/v2. temperature isn't nessessary except the temperatures are not the comparable. convert the two pressures to atm. 760mmHgx1atm/760mmHg=a million.00atm (p1) 380mmHgx1atm/760mmHg=0.50atm (p2) a million.4L would not require to transform (v1) plug in the numbers to the equation. subsequently, providing you with: a million.00atm/a million.4L=0.5atm/xL go multiply. (a million.4L)(0.5atm)/(a million.00atm)=0.7L word that 0.5 of 760 mmHg is 380mmHg. So 0.5 of a million.4 L is .7L

We have: P.V=V.R.T
with P is pressure (mmHg, Pa, N/m)
V is volume (L)
T is temp (Kevin) = Celsius + 273
R is constant = 22.4/273
it can be (m/n).R.T=PV (V=m/n)
