I LIKE THIS GUY THAT'S PERSIAN AND I THINK HE LIKES ME TOO BUT I DONT THINK WE WILL GO ANYWHERE WITH THAT :( HE SAYS HIS MOM IS MEXICAN AND HIS DAD IS PERSIAN BUT I DONT KNOW ABOUT THAT CAUSE I KNOW THAT PERSIAN PEOPLE LIKE TO SICK WITH THERE OWN RACE .... I think if two people like each other a lot and neither parents
disagree with the relationship, it can be quite nice....
but if you are a Mexican girl more than likely you are a Catholic
from a very Catholic Mexican background......
and' if he is Persian he might be a Muslim boy or a Bahai
boy, although there are some Catholic and Jewish Iranians,
my best girlfriend is a Jewish Iranian and the question may
not be ethnicity but religion may come into play....
there are so many differences that it's hard to maintain
a tight relationship.....good luck

Like any other race, there are good guys and bad guys. The Persian and Mexican cultures are very similar in that both are very family-oriented and have pride in their cultures and traditions. I would give the advice to be open-minded to learn embrace the traditions you learn about Persians, and especially Persian cooking and share your own while bringing out the similar aspects of your cultures. There is nothing like Persian food, ask him about it. Maybe try to learn some Farsi (the Persian language) also. Good luck!

Not all Persian guys are the same so by asking what Persian guys are all about is asking someone to generalize them. That is like saying all Muslims are terrorists, which they aren't. Even so you don't even know if he likes you and you are talking about marriage. If you live in the U.S.A. you can marry anyone you want to as long as you are of age or have parental consent. You have to get to know him to find out what he is like. And about the race thing there is only one race the human race. So I think his parents will be fine with you as long as you are human.

Every person is different. You have to find out how he feels about the cultural differences and whether he will want a serious relationship with someone who's not Persian. It's good to know this earlier.

as the guy is Persian, it depends on their religion basically. supposing he is a Muslim, he can marry girls of any race and religion as far as this religion says. but the biggest problem would be his culture and family which can be a big hindrance. but as times have changed , people have become more broad minded and if he is interested in you and can take a stand for you theres really no solid reason as to he shouldn't marry you. =)_

Well, how do you know all Iranians stick with their own kind? You've only met 1. Talk to him....ask him if he would like to go out with you. The worse he could say is, "no I only date Iranians".

persian is just a fancy term for iranian a-rab. Usually they are catholics, if they say "persian", so it should be all good. They are hella hairy.
Why would you want to be with this dude? Find someone of your own culture, it will be better for everybody.
