I need a little help with this urea assignment:

Is urea basic or acidic? Explain why.

What are the sources of urea in waste water?

How is urea chemically changed to nitrate ions?

I will appreciate any help i can get. :)

I know the equation for urea is (NH2)2CO. How does the molecular or Lewis structure prove that urea is basic and not an acid? Does it have anything to do with the NH2?
