Did Anybody else have a problem with voting?

I only got thru to Dancing With The Stars 3 times but the recording said I reached my limit on my fourth attempt. Did this happen to anybody else who is voting?

was and still furious over what bruno said about billy ray, and yes, truly think they lock the lines down, I even called the station and then went to the web site and left a statement, no need for him to be that nasty
