There is no such thing... just because you can't immediately explain something doesn't mean it's "invisible dead people". Attack your house from a logical standpoint and see how many things you can realize aren't caused by "a ghost", instead of the other way around. If you're looking for things to be "haunted", you can attribute just about anything to the silly idea.

What has been happening in your house? Most things can be explained, but some things can't. We lived in a haunted house when I was a child.

install some camera in the house, you'll be surprise to see some thing. I installed couple camera at our cabin house by the lake, previous owner call me one day from out of blue and say well i forgot to tell you that the cabin known to be haunted according to guests rent the cabin from me.
After 2 weeks one day I check the video log there's it a little girl sat by the window and hold her doll it hard to make out her face, another time video show she run back and forth in / out of the room. All this happen take place early evening around 7:20pm ... and it only visible for 20-30 second and disappeared

if you're pretty sure it's haunted, then it probably is ... technically, every house is haunted ... even if you don't believe in ghosts from across the other side of eternity: the sun and jupiter/saturn can cause some pretty funky paranormal stuff

Hard to say without knowing what sort of things are happening in your home.
If you want to know for sure, have a paranormal research team come to your home. You also might be able to find someone who is a sensitive, they can come into your home and feel if there is a spirit there, they can also help send the spirit 'home'.

Take a picture in the picture if you see a white circle with an egg drop like in the circle somewhere they say thats a ghost.I went around and took them in every room after a boy that visited us had one in the picture I took by his head .You can pray for peace and it to leave if you believe in such a thing.
