why cant they hav extra testicle?

All men can have three testicles.It is due to there physics.those who tend to do a lot exercise and are physically fit,cross over this syndrome.But,those who are not tend to get stuck in this thing and suffer both physical and mental damage.
This change tends t occur in the early forty's.If you are not that aged there is a lot of damage control you can do for this. But,if you have passed this age limit even sugery will not be able to help you.In this case,go and consult your family physician.

It might be possible, but not very likely. It's more likely one testicle has an unusual shape. Probably a good idea to see a doctor.

one smaller with the big one? Wouldn't that be two? Anyways I think you might rip your grocery sac doing that and then we'd have to go to urologist shop!

Maybe it is not another testicle but a cyst or varicocele. Get a checkup by an urologist.

I have heard of that as a naturally occuring peculiarity....... but if it just appeared there recently, ..... you had better see your doctor and get an utrasound on that... to determine what it is.
