First you have to wear sunscreen so that it doesn't get worse. 80% of aging comes from the sun. Exfoliating will help with fine lines. Most of the time fine lines come from dehydration. So look for products from a professional line like skin ceuticles, bioelements or demalogica that contain ingredient like lactic acid and hyaluronic acid. For aging and wrinkles look for anything with Palmitoyl pentapetide 3, Vit A,C,E&B5( Power Rich from dermalogica is awsome). All of these will help with free radical damage. Also ingredients like green tea, white tea & Rooibus tea are all great anti-oxidants. If you can find a spa in your area, getting a treatment regularly will help reverse tha sighs of aging. Of course there is always botox, but I always think that would be the last resort. Hope this helps.
P.S. Retin-A and Differin is more for Acne skin not aging skin, plus it is very sensitizing on the skin

you should first exfoliate the skin with a deep peeling. Then you should use some cream with intensive moisturizer and sleep well. Drink plenty of water and exercise your facial muscles, there are special books that can show you how to do that, which should tense your muscles again. Try to relax . If that does not dramatically help... use some Botox, for the wrinkles around the eyes and on your forehead..
good luck

See a dermatologist. Ask about Retin-A or Differin. These products help reduce wrinkles & promote collagen production.
Wear SPF every day to prevent further sun damage.
Do not waste your $ on over the counter treatments until you see a dermatologist & get specific recommendations.
