I'm actually referring to myself here. My left rib just has a weird shape to it and like I said, juts out slightly. But I do consider myself quite attractive.

ITSERIOUSLY DEPENDS ON HOW CUTE YOU THINK THIS PERSON IS AND IF YOU HAVE TO ASK THIS QUESTION THEN APPARENTLY YOU DONT FIND IT VERY ATTRACTIVE
BUT YOU SHOULDNT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER YOU SHOULDNT BRAKE HER HEART JUST B/C YOU DONT LIKE HER APPEARANCE A LITTLE PLASTIC SURGERY AND SHELL BE JUST FINE AND IF HER RIB JUTS OUT JUST A LITTLE IT SHOULDNT BE THAT NOTICABLE , BUT TAKE THIS ADVICE AND A LITTLE OF UR OWN AND DO WHAT EVER YOU THINK IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO

Well.....i am big boned and my rib cage nudges out slightly and people call me fat. but if some one saw my dad they would understand! AND if your gonna let a little flaw like that break you 2 up then...maybe you dont like tham that much! Hope this helps!
