Go see your doctor. I hurt my knee playing basketball and never knew it because I ignored it. Truth is I partially tore my ACL, and it ended up exploding while I was playing soccer a few months later. That sucked. I recommend you see a trainer or doctor as soon as possible to avoid further injury!

improper...you'll stroll with out so much soreness after 24-forty eight hrs of the damage should you tore any of the ones ligaments. I nonetheless advocate seeing an orthopedic health care professional as I wrote in your prior query. If you probably did tear your ACL it could suppose nice after a few days and also you could feel not anything is improper. You could return to gambling physical games with an risky knee and be at satisfactory danger to reason so much higher harm to the knee. If you get the knee looked at then you definately could recognize whether or not or no longer there's a challenge.

sorry about that. have you asked your doctor? i doubt a knee brace would help. do knee rehabilitation exercises and i advise not putting any stress on it for a while like running, jumping, etc...

hope you get better.
