I think the only way you are going to do that is with a business relocation service that does besiness on a month to month basis. You may also try giving an extra large deposit and maybe several months rent as deposit.
I know if it were me I would not trust anyone without finding out stuff about the renter, including a credit check. If there is relevant bad news in the check you can be sure that I wouldn't rent to you. You have to consider this. You need a place to live a lot more than the landlord needs another deadbeat. Maye you should the credit check and explain away what you must.
