There are therapists who accept Medicaid as a form of payment. You'll have a choice between a M.S.W (Masters in Social Work), Clinical Psychologist (PhD) or Psychiatrist (M.D.). Talk to the Medicaid office about whether you'll need a referral from your doctor.

I am a counselor and I work for an outpatient partial care. Most of my clients are medicaid, I'm sure that there are therapists who will take medicaid. I would call and ask which ever therapist you wish to see.

The thing to do is talk to differant places and ask questions of them, by differant places I am talking about places that provide the service that you are looking for.
