1984 corvette with crossfire injection. It idles ruff and is running very rich. Can you adjust it?

Can you adjust this to make it run smoother? Any help would be great. Thanks.

I know they had problems with the 82 model computer corroding and some linkage adjustment/sequencing problems as well as throttle body shafts wearing out and causing problems..........Paul
