I live in Phoenix too but I grew up in England. Some of the answers you have already gotten are in celsius, so I just thought I would let you know that England is not a block of ice. It gets into the seventies and eighties during the summer (farenhieght now). During the winter it is miserably cold and wet, but the summers really are enjoyable, and you can go on outings and thoroughly enjoy yourself without burning or freezing.

It's not THAT hot. I know what you mean, it can get boring. Just call up some friends, listen to music, go out shopping or get a bite to eat, do stuff on the computer, or whatever else you want to do. Hope I helped!
