Did anyone understand the Hallmark "cards with sounds" commercial?

Sometimes commercials make me curious. It's where that older lady is at a fancy restaurant with her daughters. She opens up the card, and it plays that song "I feel good". They exchange glances at each other in a sexual (or maybe just mischievous) sort of way. What did that commercial mean? What was the implication?

the point of the commercial was that in the fancy restaurant the card got noticed without the daughter saying a word because why???? the card had sound.
