Pfffft NO, not if you go some place around here.... they wont touch your hair unless its just washed, and if it isn't, they do it, and charge an arm and a leg extra on top of what you pay for the cut.

no they will still added it to the bill if the wash comes with the cut... sorry dude lol but it feels so good when they wash ur hair all the bubbles and hott water... I HATE WHEN IT DRIPS DOWN UR BACK THOUGH LIKE WHEN U LEAN BACK IN THE CHAIR THEN A LIL DRIP RUNS DOWN UR BACK GRR! lol

I doubt it. I always go with my hair washed before i get a haircut and they still charge me full price but it's not that much.

depends on where you go my stylist only washes my hair if I ask him to, He just sprays it down to wet it before cutting. however they do charge more if I ask for it to be washed!!
