How do I correctly fold a business letter?

Take the bottom of the letter and fold UP to meet a tad HIGHER than 2/3 of the way up. Take the top part and fold down to meet about 2/3 inch higher than the bottom.

What this would do, is to fold to the size that fits perfectly to the letter size envelope and it is easier to open because the bottom of the letter is obvious. The recipient can just grab the bottom and shake, then the letter will open, ready to be read.
