There is no doubt about that. Unfortunately since they will play each other so much this season only one of those 4 great teams will make the playoffs. I do hope White Sox, Tigers, and Twins enjoys watching the Indians win the World Series.

Competitive yes, difficult, no. The AL Central is tough, but the AL East is still the toughest in the game. The Yankees may be down now, but they will get right back in. The Red Sox are stacked, the Orioles and Blue Jays would be in contention in any other division, and the D-Rays aren't as bad as people think.

I cant think of a ivision in baseball that can even hold a candle to the AL Central. I mean the NL is weak all around. And with a struggling yankees team and a young tamp team the AL East is out. And the west waas never a question.

definitely, all four of those teams would be playoff-caliber in the national league, but with the strength of the american league only two or three at the most can be big players in the playoff race...i think the white sox are the third-best ballclub in the division behind detroit and minnesota right now, but it's very tight and will remain that way until the end of the season

With th eexception of the Rockies, the NL West is a very competitive division. The Giants, Dodgers, Padres, and DBacks could all win that division.
