Yes! I bought my parents a DVD player a few years ago and my dad will still call me every now and then with a question like "Now how do I get the disk out if I want to put a new movie in?" I tell him use the eject button and he says thanks, I've been trying to figure that out for two months. LOL, why doesn't he just ask me sooner? And yes, I have written down basic DVD player instructions for them, but it does not help.

Yes, they went through a religious phase while I was growing up and threw out the TV for about 2 years. Now they are the coolest parents and even have upgraded to Satellite.

Yes...I clean the shower for them every other week and if it's clean, every single time my mother will say "It's shining like Kip Winger's teeth". When I was 2, I was singing The Ramones while everyone else was singing Barney songs. I've been to Woodstock a thousand times, but never Disney World. And i'm glad. I love my parents...

Both my mom and dad are dead for many years but wacko is the only all purpose word allowed on yahoo to describe either of them. Not to say they were all that good or bad either but I can and will say they were wacko weird!

noo not really. My parents are cool. My dad is an alchaholic but he stopped drinking like 2 years ago! yay dad! woop woop. my mom.. well she has 5 kids.. yeaaa.. so she is always stressed out now and then. but thats how moms are. Well good luck on getting cool answers i guess

YES!! especially my Mom, but in a child-like funny and goofy way. She is my best friend and she has a good sense of humour, but ya she's weird.

No! My mom is actually pretty cool!
She has good fashion taste, we joke around a lot, and sometimes we like to turn up the music in the car and sing at the top of our lungs! (even though we both SUCK at singing! ) LOL!

My mom is weird, she is basically just a lecture machine. She's never tried to have a real conversation with me, she always slips in a lecture...it's really frustrating!!
