Does anyone know how to trade pokemon on the Nintendo DS??

I just bought the Pokemon Pearl version, and I want to trade pokemon from my Ruby version and Leaf version. How do I go about that on the Nintendo DS? help anyone??

before i tell you about the uploading, i would also like to tell you about GBA insertion pokemon.

when you are playing, if you have sapphire in the GBA slot of the DS, lotad, lombre, sableye, seviper, and lunatone will be in certain places in the game. - [http://www.serebii.net/diamondpearl/gbapokemon.shtml ]

to upload from GBA to d/p

you need to beat the elite four and get the national dex in d/p, then you can upload up to six pokemon from the GBA pack to pal park once per day- [http://www.serebii.net/diamondpearl/3rdgentrade.shtml ]

First you need the national pokedex then go to pal park.
