Let me see. I got my first cell phone about 12 years ago, so I would say probably 6 times. I usually upgrade every two years. . .

I haven't yet. If we upgrade before 2 years we have to pay full price after 2 years it's a huge discount.

Once; I had the first one for a year and a half, and now I've had the second one for a little over a year. I'm not picky; as long as it makes calls and rings when someone else calls it, I'm fine with it.
