They do. There is a movement at the moment with more men wearing skirts. After all it is just an item of clothing.
I wear a skirt a lot, out and about to, it does not seem to bother many people, I am even wearing one now, and will probably be wearing one tomorrow and the day after,
The more men who do start wearing skirts the more socially acceptable it will become.
There is no law any where against it so it is just society which says men cannot wear skirts.

Well first of all...
-they're twinkie would hang out if the skirt was too short.
And second of all...
-I like em in pants better. I've seen one of my boyfriends in a skirt and I didn't like it at all.
