Limewire brings songs to your pc in a file.
Open itunes and import the songs to it
Hook up ipod and coordinate it with itunes.
CAUTION !!! Be sure that you do not have a lot of stuff on ipod because the itunes will make it go away and replace it with whatever is in itunes right now.
To avoid this you can copy your current songs to itunes from the ipod using copypod. Available at www.copypod.com

Usually, I just put mp3s (from any source) straight into my iTunes library. (My Music, iTunes, iTunes Music). If the song isn't already set up to play in iTunes, I think you can import the song by going to File, Open (while in iTunes). Once the song is there, it'll download to your iPod like all the others.
