The "truth" about you is what you innately love - i.e. what interests you, what you are passionate about or even a subtle awareness of caring about something you want to experience. You brought it with you into this life and even though it may be unremembered or too abstract to label, you will recognize it when you encounter it. Romantic love may include a meeting of minds regarding shared interests or past life relationships, but "loving" someone is always a choice of commitment to shared goals.

When you feel it, it is one you cannot describe in words. Obviously there are different types of love ...

The love you feel for family and friends
The love you feel for a significant other - a passionate love
And the love you feel for your "neighbor" that is often unrecipricated & you do not expect anything back from them.
