Which is the better taco? Personally, I like tostadas and burritos.

Tacos and burritos are soft, tostadas and flautas are crunchy. I prefer tacos.

Traditionally, when I make the Taco filling along with chopped tomato, lettuce, chopped onion, avocado, shredded cheese and sour cream...I always use warmed Flour Tortillas and fold the "Taco" into the form of a burrito...
basically then, in answer to your question: Soft.
