The League had three principal organs: a secretariat (headed by the General Secretary and based in the "Palais des Nations" in Geneva), a Council, and an Assembly. The League also had numerous Agencies and Commissions.

from what it sounds like, you want to know about the league of nations nowadays. the league no longer exixts, it has been replaced by the united nations, one of the key differences being that the united staes is in the UN.
