I'm allergic to the trees in Portland (I don't know which ones), so would I be allergic in Seattle? I'm hopefully visiting Seattle next month.

Not necessarily!
Portland is actually warmer and sunnier in the summer than Seattle, and has more deciduous trees, more agricultural crops nearby, and less wind, which allows the pollen and other allergens to settle in more.

My allergies are awful in Portland, but in the Seattle area on up to Vancouver, B.C. I have few problems.

Everyone is different, but just because you have allergies in Portland does not mean you will absolutely have them in Seattle.

Well, Portland and Seattle are pretty much the same except Portland's are much smaller and spindly, sickly looking things. You probably won't have as much trouble in Seattle since the air is so much cleaner.

Yep, they're pretty much the same species. Stock up on your favorite allergy meds -- the pollen is thick right now! Every morning, my car is covered with green pollen dust.
