Well, you asked for my favorite so here it is, Twilight and new Moon by Stephenie Meyer. They're romance, however, so you probably won't like them It is about a girl that falls in love with a vampire and doesn't care. I love this book sooo much.

It is a short book and hard to get, but it is called "Angel Unaware" by Dale Evans Rogers. She and Roy Rogers had a little girl with Down's Syndrome you taught them and blessed their lives in the few short years she had on earth. It really opens your eyes to the special purpose God's hidden treasures have in our world.
