Yes! It would be so awesome! You don't have to do anything extravagent either, maybe a simple bouquet or a card or just something nice you know she'll like, maybe a pre-natal massage.

Wel I would say yes because pregant women are very emotional. They need to know they are loved and cared for. Its the best thing you can do, but make it for her not for the baby.
