I havent had my period for two months, what are some things that could be causing this?

A change in diet can definitely affect a period but then so can stress. If someone is just starting out with having periods some irregularity (meaning not having periods for a couple months or so) can also be normal.

I would definitely recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what they think to be on the safe side.

Lots of things. Polycystic ovarian syndrome, hormonal contraceptives...It's not likely that your diet would cause this. Normally poor nutrition leads to an ABSENCE of menses, as your body will shut down certain functions in "starvation mode" to keep other functions running. You need to see a doctor to find out for sure.

A change in diet can defiantly do this, as well as hormonal changes, nerves, pregnancy of course, infection, menopause or the early stages and many other things. I would defiantly see a doctor to discuss.....
