Draw and describe the locus of all points in space that are 4 inches away from a given point.

What I did was drew a point on my paper and called it A. Then I measured 4 inches away from it a couple of times. This gave me a circle. Is that correct?

To be more correct it's a hollow sphere of 4" radius. Like a tennis ball.
