Ok does this happen to anyone else? I can be sitting down for a while and then all of a sudden I stand up really quick and I get a contraction. It happens all the time when I'm sitting and get up all of a sudden. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and just had a really strong one right now. Is this normal?

Yes I'm sure they're contractions. I've had a baby before so I'm certain. It was painful though. It completely took my breath away. I had to remind myself to breathe!

Probably "braxton-hicks" contractions. They are "practice" contractions to get your body ready. You'll have a lot of them until you go into labor. When they become consistent, then you know you are going into labor.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. If they appear to be widespread, you must leisure and drink a few water. The extra hydrated you're the fewer you're going to have them. If you had been in early hard work, the contractions would not stop, they might simply preserve getting more potent. As a long way as the release, so long as there's no scent or something, it is average. Your frame raises vaginal discharge in training for supply, it will occur by way of the leisure of your being pregnant. The diarrhea was once almost always some thing you ate.

Just Braxton Hicks. You are most likely feeling it along your hip area or down by your crotch? A real contraction you may feel along the sides of your stomach like you are being hugged or squeezed by a rather short person. It is more of a internal pain instead of a dull pain. If you stand up, pee or walk and the pain goes away, that is also a sign it is just Braxton Hicks.

Not sure, but sometimes when I'm sitting for a while and then stand up too fast it hurts so bad I almost need to double over. I thought it was just round ligament pains though.

This is my second pregnancy. Are you sure they are contractions?

It can happen. Just dont do it. If you want to have contractions, try walking around. Don't over exert yourself. Stay hydrated and just try to enjoy the end! Not too much longer now!
