Does the realease of semen from a growing boy's body stunt growth?Read it somewhere but is it true?

I considerably intensely doubt it...

Un-used sperm is absorbed by the body and used for energy. It has a very very low calorie count.. and the body will get far more energy by converting body fat, for example.

Seminal fluid is made to ejaculate (specifically to protect sperm and assist it to its target)... the body doesn't waste much on precious resources for stuff that is intended to be expelled.
